Detail: CDC purchased this 130-acre site located in fast growing Jefferson County, Missouri. The site was located in close proximity to a good school district and had good access to a major highway and an Interstate, which made it ideal for residential subdivision.
Solution: CDC cleared, leveled, and rezoned the site for 260 residential home sites before selling it to a home builder.
