Detail: CDC purchased this 24-acre, 500,000 barrel a year brewery in Phoenix, AZ from G. Heileman Brewery.

Solution: CDC demolished 30% of the buildings on the site, removed asbestos, and performed PCB transformer remediation. CDC liquidated the brewing equipment and sold the property to the City of Phoenix as a fire station complex.
