Detail: CDC purchased this 2,000,000 square foot office and industrial complex on 113 acres in Minneapolis, Minnesota from BAE Systems.
Solution: CDC’s acquisition of the property provided a great solution for BAE who was only utilizing a portion of its facility. BAE sold the .property at market rate to CDC and leaseback only the portions .that they needed for its operations. BAE also transferred certain .environmental liabilities associated with the site to CDC.
