This 83 acre site located in Cheshire, Connecticut, was a Textron manufacturing facility. Initially, CDC entered into a 5 year master lease with an option to purchase. Within 90 days, CDC exercised its option to purchase and simultaneously re-sold the facility to Bob's Inc., a large retailer based in the northeast. CDC removed PCB transformers, PCB laced wood block flooring and performed significant below grade contaminant remediation.
