CDC Purchased this 123,000 square foot retail building on 15 acres from Target in St. Louis, Missouri.  This property had several issues with cross access and cross parking easements as well as deed restrictions from the seller.  The property was leased to various national retailers for clearance and overstock sales and was utlimately sold to a local church.
