CDC purchased this 15 acre truck terminal in Greensboro, North Carolina. The site is located upon a strategic corner of Interstate 40 and State Highway 68. CDC owned and leased the facility for two years and performed underground tank removal of 250 buried drums along with hydrocarbon remediation of the surrounding soil that had been saturated with a multitude of contaminates. Ultimately, CDC sold the site to an investor.
