South Outer Road – St. Louis, Missouri

CDC purchased this 10 acre site in St. Louis, Missouri.  To get out of the flood plain, the site needed to be raised over 10 feet.  After the site work was completed the site was sold to a user who could utilize the outside sales area and Interstate 44 visibility.
