PMX Corporation – Cleveland, Ohio

CDC purchased this 619,000 square foot manufacturing and distribution facility on 88 acres from PMX Corporation in Cleveland, Ohio.  CDC purchased the real estate as well as a great deal of equipment.  The building was demolished and the land will be developed into an industrial park.
