Charmwood Acres – Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri

CDC purchased this recreation community at the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri.  This community was a rare find in that it included a large multi-slip boat dock on site.  With its accrss to the lake and its close proximity to both St. Louis and Kansas City, Charmwood is an ideal location for weekend getaways for its tenants.
