Kaiser Aluminum – Mead, Washington

CDC purchased this 2,000,000 square foot former aluminum smelter on 250 acres from Kaiser Aluminum in Mead, Washington.  The site has several environmental issues including cyanide and asbestos.  CDC is currently addressing the environmental issues on the site.
