General Motors - Sioux City, Iowa
CDC purchased this 207,000 sq. ft. facility on 27 acres from General Motors. CDC performed asbestos removal and equipment liquidation.  CDC owned and managed the site and leased the facility to a national distribution company on a long term basis.  Ths site has been sold to a local investor.
