General Motors - Euclid, Ohio
CDC purchased this General Motors Fischer Body facility consisting of 64 acres of ground and 1,100,000 sq. ft. of building structure.  The property was purchased without equipment or tenants. CDC promptly performed extensive environmental remediation and interior/exterior renovation work.  Portions of the building were leased out on a month to month basis as warehouse space. Ultimately, CDC sold the property to a commercial warehouse operator.
