CDC purchased this 101 acre General Motors foundry in Danville, IL. The site consists of over 700,000 sq. ft. of building structures and came complete with all foundry equipment. CDC utilized an outside auction firm to liquidate the machinery and equipment and after remediation of various environmental concerns, sold the real estate to a local firm for expansion needs.
