G. Heileman Brewing Co. - Phoenix, Arizona
CDC purchased this 24 acre brewery from G. Heileman which had a brewing capacity of over 500,000 barrels of beer annually. CDC demolished 28% of the buildings, removed asbestos and performed PCB transformer remediation. CDC liquidated the brewing equipment and sold the property to the City of Phoenix as a fire station complex, shown above.
