Dougherty Ferry Estates – St. Louis, Missouri

CDC developed this 13 lot residential subdivision in West St. Louis County, Missouri.  To prepare the site, CDC was required to remove a large amount of timber and performed a large scale dirt moving operation to level the site.  The homes in the subdivision are valued in excess of $1,000,000 each.
