Des Peres Quarry - St. Louis, Missouri
CDC purchased this former 180 ft. deep rock quarry located on 26 acres in St. Louis, Missouri.  Currently CDC is completing a plan to fill the quarry with solid material consisting of clean dirt, asphalt, concrete, sand etc.  To date CDC has hauled in approximately 4,450,000 cubic yards of fill material. 

Once completed CDC envisions a mixed use development on site including a 300 room full service hotel and a 400,000 square foot Class A office development.  On adjacent ground, CDC developed a high-end residential community consisting of 13 luxury homes.
