Carondelet Foundry - St. Louis, Missouri
CDC purchased this independently owned foundry located 1/2 mile from major interstates. The site consisted of seven acres of land and 62,575 sq. ft. of building structures. CDC performed asbestos removal, PCB remediation and razed all structures.  See the photo below for the completed project view.
