Duke Realty Industrial Portfolio – Minneapolis, Minnesota

CDC purchased a portfolio of industrial buildings from Duke Realty Corporation.  The portfolio consists of 23 office/warehouse buildings and 2 office buildings totaling over 1.3 million square feet of space.  These properties are almost entirely leased to various users.
