Bowles Avenue - St. Louis, MO
The CDC project shown above entailed the purchase and development of a 10 acre tract in Fenton, Missouri. Due to its rough topo, this site required the blasting and removal of approximately 135,000 cubic yards of rock from a tight suburban location. (See the 'After' photo below)

Upon completion of the excavation, the site was subdivided and sold to a variety of users including 2 fast food restaurants, a business college, a gas station / convenience store and a day care center.
