CDC Purchased this 10 state - 46 property retail portfolio from Avrin.  This portfolio consists of properties which are 4,000 +/- square foot retail and automotive buildings.  CDC purchased a 25 year leasehold interest in these properties and not the real estate itself.  CDC has leased these properties to various users.
