Armco Steel - Kansas City, MO
CDC purchased this former Armco Inc. facility located in Kansas City, Missouri. The site consisted of several large buildings totaling 733,000 sq. ft. under roof and located on 52 acres of land.  After its purchase, CDC leased the facility to a wire and electrical manufacturing operation.
