Alpha Portland Cement –St. Louis, Missouri

CDC purchased this 145 acre cement manufacturing site. CDC demolished and removed approximately 680,000 square feet of concrete and steel manufacturing buildings.  In addition, CDC performed asbestos, PCB transformer and heavy metals remediation.  The site was sold as is being developed into an industrial complex.
