Working with the “Debtor in Possession” through the bankruptcy court, these facilities were purchased from ANH Refractories in January 2006.  Totaling over 650,000 square feet of buildings on nearly 1,200 acres, these two industrial plants were utilized for manufacturing bricks. ANH was able to divest of these underutilized facilities as well as transfer their environmental liabilities associated with the sites.
